This is a dish of North African origin, so as you can imagine it’s full of flavor and a bit of heat too (depending on preference). I’ve had this for brunch a couple of times and it literally blew my mind. The flavors were incredible. So, I decided to attempt to recreate it and put my stamp on it.

The result, not bad for my first attempt. The eggs were slightly overdone, but all in all, it was really good and super filling too.

This is a nice option if you have a little extra time in the mornings, maybe something to save for the weekend.
