6 years ago, I gained 2 and a half stone, through poor diet, poor planning and a poor mindset. It took me 2 years to lose the weight and 4 years later, I’ve managed to maintain that weight loss.
After researching numerous health and weight loss methods over the years to help me with my own weight loss journey, I couldn’t find one that was realistic or sustainable.
