6 years ago, I gained 2 and a half stone, through poor diet, poor planning and a poor mindset. It took me 2 years to lose the weight and 4 years later, I’ve managed to maintain that weight loss.

After researching numerous health and weight loss methods over the years to help me with my own weight loss journey, I couldn’t find one that was realistic or sustainable.

So, I decided to design my own method, ‘Target Tone’. This method combines everything I have learned both from an academic standpoint and from my own journey to getting leaner, healthier and stronger. I’ve designed it to help others lose weight and keep it off for good, just like I have.
